We work with our suppliers to standardise packaging, using more sustainable materials, and reusing cardboard boxes, hangers in our shipments, recycling them when they can no longer be used. Each cardboard box that we use to send our garments to our collaborations can be used up to five times.
By increasing our packing density per shipment we were also able to cut 200.000 kilometres of road transport / year.
88% of the waste generated in our distribution centers is reused or recycled and we have the commitment of zero waste in 2023.
With regular training and environmental information programs, the daily actions and work practices of employees involved in production, distribution and our offices further reduce consumption and waste.
The transport and distribution of our products is entirely provided by our external collaborators – but we always have an active role in trying to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
We monitor greenhouse gas emissions through measuring devices, mounted on different means of transport, in accordance with the international standards set out in the GHG Protocol, so that we can monitor progress and offer improvement plans for our distributors.
